At Novi by Navi, we maintain a strict No Return, No Exchange policy. Because our imitation, anti-tarnish, and stainless steel jewelry pieces are carefully inspected before shipping, once a product is successfully delivered, it cannot be returned or exchanged under normal circumstances.

Damages and Issues: In the rare event that your jewelry arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery with an unboxing video/photo, and we will gladly resolve the issue for you.
